Common Questions

How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days. For urgent account issues, include "URGENT" in your subject line and we will prioritise.

I passed my challenge — when do I get my payout?

Simulated payouts are processed same-day after verification. You will receive a confirmation email once the payout has been issued to your account.

My account was breached — what happens?

Your account is automatically suspended and you will receive a summary email. You can purchase a reset or start a new challenge at any time.

Can I have multiple active challenges?

Yes. You may run multiple challenges simultaneously. Each account is tracked independently.

Do you offer refunds on challenge fees?

Challenges are non-refundable once the first trade is placed. If you have not yet traded, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
